Try sumo at the CJCC!

The Hamilton Sumo Club invites complete beginners and experienced grapplers alike to a three-hour Sumo Fundamental Workshop.

We cover the fundamentals — stance, grips, balance, and how a match works — in a welcoming, hands-on session. No experience required, and no special gear needed.

Cost: $25 (CJCC members attend free, ages 14 and up)

This workshop is also the lead-in to our Hammertown Sumo Throwdown on November 7.
